"Love or Obsession ?"

Sometimes, you don't want your beloved to leave you despite knowing the fact that the feelings of love are n't present anymore. Why do you want to keep the lost love with you..? Why do you want to attach yourself to a destructive relationship that you cannot walk away from?

Thats Obsession !! Many people confuse it with love. Obsession can be for a person or thing. If the object of obsession is a person of opposite sex, it can be confused with love. However, there is a fundamental difference between love and obsession in this regard. Love is focused on what your beloved expects from you, unlike obsession, which is self-centered.

So, Is Obsession a dangerous feeling? Unlike love which is passionate, obsession can be harmful. The pathos of cruelty that an obsessed displays can be seen in an innocent child craving for his lost favorite toy. The child will cry for days and may even stop eating food. The toy is not there anymore, but still the desire for the toy lasts. It is very important to realise that love and obsession are equally basic to human nature. They both play their roles in making what your life is. Instead of suppressing obsession, if you are aware of these two contrast feelings within yourself, you can preserve and nurture the true love within you.

Practically speaking, It is very natural to expect something from any relationship. Love and Obsession are similar to self-respect and pride, Humility and Arrogance... Some aspects need comprimise from both the parties.

A semicolon(;) can change your life

Very recently, While I was coding a program which parses 20GB of data, A small silly stupid semicolon mistakenly stuck in between if statement and the block which created a lot of fuss.

output function foo(input) {

if(something || something || something ||
something || something || something ||
something || something || );
{
//do nothing and return;
return;
}
output = do something;
return output;
}

I was expecting 90 GB of output, but the program successfully terminated with 0 Bytes :P
